About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow PPM Administrator / Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. This role will focus on administering the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, coordinating project activities, managing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment between project execution and business priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong ServiceNow PPM expertise, project governance experience, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the ServiceNow PPM platform, including project intake, demand management, portfolio governance, and reporting.
- Coordinate IT infrastructure and information security projects by tracking milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and overall project health.
- Identify, document, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and portfolio metrics to provide visibility into project performance.
- Facilitate meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to drive decisions and remove project roadblocks.
- Ensure project data accuracy and compliance with PMO standards and governance processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management practices and ServiceNow PPM capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM/SPM.
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management best practices and governance frameworks.
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and project portfolio reporting.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
