Job Responsibilities:

• Review business requirements and identify gaps, ambiguities, and missing acceptance criteria.
• Create test scenarios and test cases from business and technical requirements.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, Negative, and Boundary testing.
• Validate customer communications across print and electronic delivery channels.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and impact assessment.
• Validate source-to-target data migrations and reconcile outputs.
• Verify member/customer data, print files, email delivery data, and communication outputs.
• Assess business risks, edge cases, and upstream/downstream impacts.

Must Have/Required:

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Strong experience creating test cases from scratch.
• Experience reviewing business requirements and identifying gaps.
• Hands-on experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, Negative, and Boundary testing.
• Strong defect management, triage, and documentation skills.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and identify risks.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience validating customer-facing communications/document generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
