About the Role

We are seeking a Product Engineer who combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will build and scale AI-powered applications using React, Node.js, and Python, while helping shape how users interact with intelligent systems.

You will partner closely with customers, product managers, designers, and researchers to understand real-world workflows and deliver solutions that make complex automation intuitive, trustworthy, and impactful for healthcare teams.

We are hiring across multiple levels, from Mid-Level (L2) through Staff.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to understand user workflows and translate requirements into scalable products.
• Build intuitive user experiences that simplify complex AI-powered workflows.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop prototypes, demos, and production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
• Contribute to technical architecture, product strategy, and engineering best practices.
• Help define how AI capabilities are integrated into user-facing applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React.
• Experience developing full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL.
• Experience owning projects through the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered products or workflow automation solutions.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience and customer outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience creating prototypes and rapidly iterating on product ideas.
• Visual design experience using tools such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.

L2 Product Engineer

• Independently delivers end-to-end projects.
• Owns design, implementation, testing, and delivery of scoped work.
• Demonstrates strong technical execution with limited guidance.

L3 Product Engineer

• Leads delivery of larger projects with increased technical complexity.
• Navigates ambiguity and drives execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced engineers.

Senior Product Engineer

• Leads a portfolio of projects supporting major technical initiatives.
• Influences technical direction and engineering best practices.
• Provides leadership across teams and functions.

Staff Product Engineer

• Drives impact at the organizational level.
• Leads multiple teams or broad strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Ensures alignment and execution of high-level technical goals across the organization.
