Our client is currently seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 3
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in database access administration, identity and access management, security operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience provisioning and managing database access, including user account creation, deletion, role management, and privilege assignment.
- Working knowledge of one or more database technologies, including:
- Oracle
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Teradata
- PostgreSQL
- Yugabyte
- IBM DB2
- Experience utilizing ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, ART, PAC2000, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and access-related issues.
- Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations and utilize a personal mobile device for business communication as needed.
