JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: Seeking a detail oriented Beaker instrumentation integration project / program manager. Leader to frame and manage a large-scale instrument integration program across 11 hospitals, spanning 24 months. Strong team leadership to onboard team members quickly, manage through shifting scope and maintain tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Core project management / project standup

• Program management role will also include prioritization, rollout sequencing, staffing / analyst assessment, scope checkins / review sessions and executive management

• Day to day project management

• Operational liaison

• Coordination across lab operations, IT, Beaker and larger Epic team, DI, RALS, interface engine team, infrastructure, and multiple vendors

• Vendor coordination / vendor management

• Status reporting / escalations

• Documentation collation / validation for completeness (build, testing – accreditation compliant, change control)

• Cutover / go-live support management

• Transition support management, including materials and handoff processes

• Onboarding / offboarding of team members
