Title: ServiceNow Integration Consultant
Type: Contract - 3-6 Months
Location: Remote - CST Hours - Occasional travel

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, enterprise integrations, OT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and end-user training. This role will support the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Asset Management, Vulnerability Response, and system integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise or OT platforms.
- Build and troubleshoot API-based integrations, data mappings, transformation processes, integration jobs, and data flows across multiple systems.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow, including CMDB reconciliation rules and data quality challenges.
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow training programs for end users, administrators, and operational teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support vulnerability management and asset visibility initiatives across enterprise and OT environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration.
- Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, Vulnerability Response, and integration technologies.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as:
- IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management data
- Qualys for vulnerability management data
- Forescout eyeInspect for OT asset discovery and security monitoring
- Tanium for endpoint and asset management data
- Custom-built applications and proprietary tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and related integration technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of operational technology (OT) environments and cybersecurity requirements within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience designing or implementing OT vulnerability management workflows within ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, asset management, or vulnerability management initiatives in regulated or industrial environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing technical documentation and user training materials.
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel to client sites in the Central Time Zone, approximately one to two times per month.
