About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support large-scale technology initiatives and deliver innovative engineering solutions. In this role, you will work on complex technical challenges, contribute to strategic planning efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes.
You will leverage your technical expertise to analyze and address sophisticated engineering problems, influence solution design, and support the delivery of high-impact projects across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support software solutions for complex business and technology initiatives.
- Analyze large-scale engineering challenges and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Participate in long-term planning and execution of software engineering strategies.
- Evaluate multiple factors, including technical constraints, business requirements, and risk considerations, when solving complex problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, compliance standards, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to the resolution of multifaceted technical issues and provide subject matter expertise.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through innovation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex technical initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
