About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives that address complex business and technical challenges. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and business leaders to define product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned product management professional with strong Agile experience, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve customer and business outcomes. Experience with AI, automation, and loan origination platforms is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the development and delivery of complex, large-scale product initiatives across multiple business areas.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize product investments and roadmap activities.
- Analyze business challenges and translate them into innovative, scalable product solutions.
- Influence product direction through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Provide strategic guidance and product expertise to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive Agile product management practices, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.
- Manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience gained through consulting, military service, education, or related professional roles.
- Experience leading products through the Agile development lifecycle.
- Experience managing complex business and technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Knowledge of consumer or commercial loan origination processes and systems.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale financial services products.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
