Product Analyst, ServiceNow AI Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join the ServiceNow Core Platform AI Innovation Team. In this role, you will help drive the successful delivery, governance, and adoption of AI-powered capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. You will work at the intersection of product management, engineering, risk governance, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and in alignment with enterprise standards.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about emerging AI technologies, has strong analytical and communication skills, and enjoys collaborating across technical and executive-level audiences.

What You'll Do

• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and governance teams to support the lifecycle management of AI initiatives within ServiceNow.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by asking insightful questions and translating stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements.
• Maintain traceability and governance for AI use cases, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and control frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across development teams and platform tenants to support AI solution delivery and operational readiness.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, execution tracking, and dependency management.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and production readiness activities for AI-enabled capabilities.
• Monitor AI use cases from ideation through deployment, ensuring business objectives, governance requirements, and technical implementation remain aligned.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including managers, directors, and executive leadership.
• Assist in evaluating emerging AI opportunities and promoting best practices for responsible AI adoption across the platform.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for AI governance, delivery processes, and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role supporting technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts, generative AI technologies, and AI-assisted productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable platforms.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, identify business needs, and ask effective discovery questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting software development lifecycle activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of AI prompt design and effective interaction with large language model (LLM) technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including an understanding of platform capabilities and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or platform modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and operational readiness processes related to enterprise technology deployments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
