We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst to support system configuration, optimization, and ongoing application support within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, and experience supporting revenue cycle and patient access workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform Epic Cadence and Prelude configuration, build, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while adhering to industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Translate business and user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to team members.
• Participate in Epic software upgrades, enhancements, and workflow optimization initiatives, including design, build, testing, and validation activities.
• Facilitate design and validation sessions and ensure proper documentation, follow-up actions, and issue escalation.
• Act as a liaison between Operations, Information Technology (IT), and third-party system stakeholders.
• Provide support for application incidents and service requests.
• Support go-live events, software upgrades, and system implementations.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Epic application functionality and operational workflows.
• Conduct workflow analysis, data review, reporting analysis, and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Epic applications.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain application-specific training materials and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with change management and system configuration standards.
• Build strong relationships with end users, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications.
• 4+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience with patient access workflows and related Epic functionality, including:
  • Hello World
  • Welcome
  • E-Signature
  • Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)
• 4+ years of subject matter expertise in Epic Cadence and Prelude applications.
• 4+ years of experience working with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
• 2+ years of hands-on Epic application build, configuration, and support experience.
