We are seeking an experienced Internal Agency Recruiter to support talent acquisition across a fast-paced media and marketing organization. This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional-level positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate has prior corporate recruiting experience within an agency, media, marketing, or professional services environment and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to stakeholders.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Drive recruitment efforts across media, marketing, digital, analytics, commerce, technology, and corporate functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
• Maintain and manage a requisition load of approximately 10-15 active roles.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation, and hiring best practices.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within Greenhouse ATS.
• Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and hiring standards.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience supporting internal/corporate recruiting efforts.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and appropriately challenge hiring managers when needed.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
