4. Backlog & Issue Management Experience

- Manage remediation backlogs
- Track production tasks and open issues
- Escalate blockers when necessary
- Monitor progress against deadlines
- Maintain governance and compliance reporting
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tracking tools would be valuable.
