Job Title: Specialized Travel Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Responsibilities
- Book and manage domestic and international business travel, including air, hotel, rail, and car reservations.
- Support multiple corporate clients across various accounts.
- Use Sabre GDS for travel reservations and ticketing.
- Assist travelers via phone, email, chat, and back-office systems.
- Provide travel recommendations while ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
- Resolve travel-related issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Meet customer satisfaction and service performance goals.
Required Skills
- Experience in corporate/business travel or the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing rules, and travel reservations.
- Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience handling traveler information confidentially.
- Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or some college coursework.
