Our client is currently seeking a Business Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business/Solution Consultant to lead business architecture initiatives for a large-scale enterprise quote-to-enroll system. This role emphasizes people and process transformation, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The consultant will support change initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Develop and document end-to-end business processes, including detailed process maps and flows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements, connect organizational dots, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Change Management: Build coalitions, organize people for transformation, and facilitate adoption of new processes.
- Current vs Future State Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows and design improved processes focused on people, activities, and outcomes.
- Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into actionable deliverables, balancing tactical execution with strategic objectives.

- Proven expertise in business architecture, process mapping, and solution design for complex enterprise systems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate upstream/downstream impacts.
- Quick learner, adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and visualize processes, data, and people flows.
- Experience in change management, coalition building, and organizational structure analysis.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, delivering detailed documentation and contributing to high-level planning.
