Overview
The Director of Cybersecurity & Technology Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud operations, and technology services. This role sits at the intersection of security, operational excellence, and emerging technologies, combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise.
The ideal candidate is a technology leader who is equally comfortable managing a critical security incident, optimizing cloud infrastructure, improving IT service delivery, and developing governance frameworks for emerging AI technologies. This individual will champion secure innovation, operational resilience, automation, and the responsible adoption of AI across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Leadership
- Own and lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and operational execution.
- Oversee security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, email security, and incident response programs.
- Lead security incident management, including detection, containment, remediation, post-incident reviews, and executive communications.
