Job Summary

Configures GrowthLoop RBAC, destination connectors, and AI Studio activation workflows, typically supplied as an embedded vendor resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and user permissions within GrowthLoop for marketing teams.
• Set up destination connectors (Braze, Salesforce, ad platforms, etc.) for audience activation.
• Configure AI Studio workflows and templates to support self-service segment building for marketing ops.
• Provide platform training and enablement sessions for business users.
• Serve as vendor point of contact for platform issues and feature requests during and after migration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting GrowthLoop or comparable composable CDP/activation platforms.
• Experience training non-technical marketing users on self-service data platforms.
• Familiarity with BigQuery-based activation architectures.
