Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Planning, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting platforms. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring the effective operation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise financial systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, accounting systems, and cloud-based planning/consolidation platforms. This position will be responsible for managing system administration, data integrations, reporting solutions, and system enhancements while supporting budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting systems.
- Manage data integrations between financial systems and source platforms, including SAP, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and other business applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Finance and IT for system-related initiatives and support.
- Lead system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Monitor, test, and deploy system upgrades, new functionality, and releases.
- Manage business rules, calculations, allocations, hierarchies, and reporting structures supporting budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and actual reporting processes.
- Configure and optimize system settings, workflows, and customizations to meet changing business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and retention through the implementation of standardized processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, analytics solutions, and financial reporting tools.
- Design user-friendly reporting environments that provide rapid access to financial data and insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, integration, reporting, and application issues.
- Maintain system security, user access controls, and role-based permissions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, user manuals, and training materials.
- Deliver training and support to end users and finance stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs.
- Mentor junior team members and share system knowledge and best practices.
- Provide backup support across critical financial systems to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, accounting, financial analytics, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience administering, supporting, developing, or implementing cloud-based financial planning, consolidation, or reporting platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or OneStream is required.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing financial software solutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Pivot, SQL, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience performing data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Experience working within multinational organizations and multi-currency environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or OneStream implementations.
- Experience integrating financial systems with SAP, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI environments.
- Knowledge of master data management and governance best practices.
- Experience supporting manufacturing organizations and complex global operations.
