We are seeking a Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Project/Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Salesforce initiatives that support our commercial organization. This role is responsible for driving projects across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and programs, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Partner with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to define priorities and translate business goals into actionable project plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external Systems Integrator (SI) partners.
• Drive project governance, scope management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive-level status reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and related commercial business processes.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and Systems Integrator (SI) relationships.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
