Job Responsibilities:

Seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support population health initiatives through Epic Healthy Planet configuration, optimization, and workflow enhancements. The role will work closely with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements, provide system solutions, support testing, and ensure successful implementation of Healthy Planet functionalities.

Must Have/Required:

• Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification
• Experience as an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst
• Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and system optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
