We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Organizational Change Management workstream within a large enterprise transformation program. This role is focused on project coordination, organization, reporting, and stakeholder management. The client has a dedicated team responsible for the actual OCM work, so this person does not need to be an OCM practitioner. The priority is finding a strong PM who can coordinate across multiple OCM-related workstreams and keep activities, timelines, and reporting on track.
OCM experience is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate has managed projects or workstreams in a transformation environment and understands how to coordinate across business, technology, and change management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strong project management discipline
Ability to coordinate across four OCM-related workstreams
Strong organization and follow-up
Ability to understand the big picture and connect activities across teams
Comfort working in Jira and maintaining project plans
Ability to prepare bi-weekly executive reporting packages
Clear communication with senior stakeholders
OCM familiarity is helpful, but not required
Required Qualifications
• Strong project management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to prepare clear project status updates and executive-level messaging
• Experience maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables
• Experience using Jira or a similar project management tool
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Ability to understand the big picture while managing day-to-day project details
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting OCM, business transformation, or enterprise change programs
• Experience in financial services or a large regulated environment
• Familiarity with executive reporting packages
• Experience working in a matrixed program structure
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification
