Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Lead to drive end-to-end outsourcing sourcing initiatives, including RFX management, supplier evaluation, financial analysis, commercial negotiations, and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will lead competitive sourcing events, develop business cases and TCO models, negotiate complex outsourcing agreements, and provide strategic recommendations to support supplier selection and transition planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead RFI, RFP, and BAFO processes from strategy through supplier selection.
  • Conduct financial analysis, TCO modeling, ROI assessments, and business case development.
  • Manage supplier evaluations, governance, due diligence, and executive presentations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, SLAs, KPIs, contractual terms, risk allocation, and performance mechanisms.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Security, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Support outsourcing transition readiness and future-state operating model planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Professional Services procurement experience, including 2+ years focused on outsourcing initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end sourcing events, financial analysis, and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong background in outsourcing, BPO, Shared Services, or Workforce Services procurement.
  • Experience negotiating large-scale outsourcing agreements and developing executive-level business cases.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to work EST business hours.

Preferred Experience:

  • Shared Services transformation, Global Business Services (GBS), Managed Services procurement, Workday, ServiceNow, and multi-country outsourcing programs.
