Instructional Designer (Articulate 360)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that improve employee performance and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Articulate 360 and proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, training needs analysis, curriculum development, and eLearning development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct job-task analysis and training needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance improvement opportunities.
• Design and develop training programs, curriculum, course materials, and learning solutions aligned with business needs.
• Define training goals, program objectives, and module-level learning objectives.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, trainers, and leadership teams to create effective learning content.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Develop instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced eLearning, blended learning, simulations, role plays, and on-the-job training materials.
• Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360.
• Research, adapt, and improve existing training content, materials, and job aids.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and performance metrics.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to training programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Mandatory).
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Job Task Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Adult Learning Theory, Learning Objectives Development).
• Experience creating eLearning, blended learning, and classroom training solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Insurance industry.
• Understanding of Underwriting concepts.
• Experience developing learning solutions for regulated environments.
