Our client is currently seeking a Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream
The Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream is an integral part of the Business Enablement function supporting the Accelerate Program. This role will support the Change Management strategy and execution by providing data analytics, reporting, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and business enablement support across multiple SAP ERP deployments with various business groups and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting organizational change initiatives, ERP implementations, business process mapping, stakeholder communications, and analytics-driven change management activities. This role is focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM) support, not IT change management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Change Management team, Accelerate Program team, and deployment groups in identifying and documenting business change impacts, including:
Degree of impact
Scope of impacted users/stakeholders
Impacted business processes
Track and manage People/Change impact mitigation actions through completion.
Support Change Leads in driving and tracking business enablement activities and maintaining cohesive event calendars.
Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and report data related to:
Change impacts
Stakeholder attributes
Change activities
Readiness metrics
Ensure deployment teams and Accelerate Program stakeholders have access to appropriate stakeholder and change impact information.
Analyze data and provide insights to support understanding, alignment, and decision-making across business groups.
Support organizational change readiness assessments through activities such as:
Surveys
Focus groups
Stakeholder feedback analysis
Partner with Deployment Leads, Change Management teams, and Project Managers to support Go/No-Go readiness decisions.
Support execution and tracking of deployment communication plans in alignment with the overall Accelerate Program communication strategy.
Coordinate communication activities with Change Leads, Accelerate team members, and business stakeholders.
Review and provide input into Change Management work plans.
Provide timely status updates, reporting, and insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
1+ years of experience supporting major organizational change initiatives.
3+ years of overall professional experience with increasing responsibility and scope.
Experience with organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as:
Power BI
Microsoft BI
Tableau
Experience supporting ERP implementations preferred.
Preferred Experience
SAP ERP implementation experience.
Experience in business enablement, communications, and change impact analysis.
Experience with business process mapping.
Experience supporting global or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Experience working in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
Technical Skills
Smartsheet experience required.
Power BI dashboard experience.
Data analysis and reporting.
Documentation and tracking of change impacts.
Ability to build and interpret dashboards.
Experience maintaining large Smartsheet trackers.
Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and communicate findings effectively.
