Senior Lead Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Lead Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role will lead strategic programs focused on cloud adoption, application modernization, infrastructure buildout, and technology transformation in support of critical business objectives.

As a trusted advisor and execution leader, you will partner with senior executives, engineering leaders, architecture teams, and business stakeholders to define strategy, align priorities, and deliver complex, cross-functional programs. You will help accelerate technology modernization while driving operational excellence, organizational change, and measurable business outcomes.

This position requires a highly experienced program management professional with deep technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation programs.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to cloud technologies, application migration and modernization, infrastructure deployment, and technology investments.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to establish priorities, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
• Navigate complex organizational structures and influence teams across multiple business units without direct authority.
• Translate highly technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, milestones, critical paths, and overall program health across multiple workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve delivery efficiency, and accelerate business transformation.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, executive updates, and status reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Drive change management efforts that support technology adoption and organizational readiness.
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and PMO standards while maintaining delivery velocity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving infrastructure, cloud technologies, or application modernization.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving business transformation, modernization, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience supporting data center buildouts, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or platform transformation programs.
• Expertise in executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous and highly complex business and technology challenges.
• Experience delivering programs within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of driving results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
