Overview

• 5+ years of experience in post-sales architecture with enterprise architecture.
• Experience working with an internally built reusable platform utilized by engineers and consultants.
• Open to candidates with backgrounds in:

1. Software Engineering & Architecture Foundations

• Strong background in enterprise-scale software engineering and system design.
• Experience designing scalable, multi-domain solutions and architecture patterns.

2. DevOps / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering

• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD design, automation, and release workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and environment provisioning.
• Strong understanding of secure and scalable DevSecOps practices.

3. Developer Experience (DevEx) & Productivity

• Ability to define and implement developer workflows and onboarding models.
• Experience creating golden paths for common development scenarios.
• Focus on eliminating one-off implementations and standardizing delivery.

4. Reusable Patterns & Accelerators

• Proven track record of building reusable assets:
  • Templates
  • Starter kits
  • Scaffolds
• Strong pattern-thinking mindset to convert recurring problems into scalable solutions.

5. Cloud & Platform Architecture

• Strong experience with Azure (or equivalent hyperscaler).
• Understanding of networking, identity, compute, and data integration at scale.

6. Developer Tooling

• Hands-on experience with GitHub / Azure DevOps and repository strategies.
• Familiarity with testing, deployment pipelines, and observability integration.

7. Architecture Governance & Standards

• Experience defining and enforcing architecture standards, guardrails, and reference patterns.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with established patterns.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ability to partner with:
  • Product teams
  • Engineering teams
  • Security teams
  • Other cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to translate architecture into actionable implementation guidance.

9. Documentation & Enablement

• Experience building:
  • Developer guides
  • Onboarding assets
  • Knowledge repositories
• Ability to create simple, reusable, and consumable documentation.

10. Continuous Improvement Mindset

• Track recurring developer issues and improve:
  • Templates
  • Automation

• Drive feedback loops to improve developer productivity and platform adoption.
