Title: Epic Cadence Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Support, configure, test, and optimize Epic Cadence and Patient Access workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to improve scheduling, registration, referrals, authorizations, and patient throughput processes.
• Lead application enhancements, upgrades, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.
• Configure visit types, work queues, registration forms, referral templates, and provider records.
• Serve as the SME for Epic Patient Access modules and mentor team members as needed.

Must Have/Required:

• Active Epic Cadence Certification.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with scheduling, registration, patient flow, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), and insurance verification.
• 4+ years of Epic Patient Access/Cadence SME experience.
• Strong Epic build, testing, troubleshooting, and support experience.
• Decision Tree experience.
