About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate Snowflake-focused data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in data platforms, cloud technologies, system integrations, and Agile delivery, with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive alignment between Snowflake build activities, retrofit plans, and overall project roadmap.
- Manage and track data delivery pipelines across new and retrofit environments.
- Ensure Jira governance, backlog hygiene, and accurate project reporting.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and status reviews.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Escalate blockers and ensure transparency across project stakeholders.
- Support reporting package updates and program-level communications.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in technical or data-driven environments.
- Experience managing Snowflake implementation, migration, or modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- System Architecture
- Data Flows & Integrations
- APIs
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Databases & Reporting Solutions
- SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project management and reporting.
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
