Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  1. 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in O2C and P2P processes.
  1. Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation programs (Greenfield/Brownfield).
  1. Strong knowledge of: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
  1. SAP MM (Materials Management).
  1. SAP FI/CO integration.
  1. SAP Business Partner.
  1. Procurement and Supplier Management.
  1. Sales Order Management.
  1. Billing and Revenue Recognition.
  1. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Applications.
  1. Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, CDS Views, and Integration Technologies.
  1. Deep understanding of SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology.
  1. Strong expertise in business process transformation and process harmonization.
  1. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  1. We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, leading design workshops, driving business process transformation, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP functional areas.
  1. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, enterprise architects, and system integrators to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

  1. Lead end-to-end solution architecture for O2C and P2P business processes.
  1. Define scalable, sustainable, and compliant SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  1. Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, RICEFW strategies, and integration designs.
  1. Evaluate solution options, conduct impact analysis, and provide recommendations to business leadership.
  1. Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  1. Design and optimize processes related to: Customer Master / Business Partner.
  1. Sales Order Processing.
  1. Pricing and Rebates.
  1. Credit Management.
  1. Delivery Processing.
  1. Billing and Invoicing.
  1. Accounts Receivable.
  1. Returns Management.
  1. Drive standardization and automation across O2C processes.
  1. Ensure integration between SD, Finance, Logistics, and external systems.
  1. Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  1. Architect solutions covering: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing.
  1. Vendor Management
  1. Purchasing.
  1. Inventory Management.
  1. Service Procurement
  1. Invoice Verification (MIRO)
  1. Accounts Payable
  1. Supplier Collaboration
  1. Design workflow approvals, release strategies, and procurement governance processes.
  1. Enable digital procurement capabilities using SAP S/4HANA innovations.
  1. Cross Functional Integration
  1. Ensure seamless integration between: SD, MM, FI/CO, MDG, EWM, Ariba, BTP.
  1. External Enterprise Applications.
  1. Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow development.
  1. Program Leadership.
  1. Facilitate business process workshops and fit-gap assessments.
  1. Lead solution validation and design sign-off sessions.
  1. Guide offshore and onsite teams throughout implementation.
  1. Mentor junior consultants and provide architectural governance.
  1. Testing, Cutover & Hypercare.
  1. Support SIT, UAT, and business validation activities.
  1. Define cutover strategies and deployment plans.
  1. Provide leadership during go-live and hypercare phases.
  1. Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
