About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFS Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale IFS ERP solutions. As the technical and functional authority for complex implementations, you will define scalable solution architectures, guide cross-functional teams, lead customer workshops, and ensure successful adoption of IFS best practices.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IFS Cloud and prior IFS Applications versions, along with a strong background in ERP solution architecture, enterprise integrations, and consulting-led delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for IFS ERP implementations.
• Define scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned IFS solution architectures.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IFS Cloud and legacy IFS environments.
• Facilitate solution discovery sessions, design workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Design and oversee ERP integrations, data flows, configurations, and extension strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance across Finance, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Maintenance, and other core IFS modules.
• Support multi-site and multi-entity ERP deployments.
• Establish architecture governance, implementation standards, and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and technical stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Promote standard IFS functionality and best practices to minimize customization and maximize long-term value.
• Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution estimates, and pre-sales activities.
• Balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on implementation support.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with IFS Cloud and earlier IFS Applications versions.
• Strong background in ERP solution architecture and end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Expertise in core IFS modules including:
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Finance
  • Maintenance
  • Other enterprise ERP modules
• Proven experience designing and delivering multi-site and multi-entity ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP integrations, data migration, data flows, configuration, and extension frameworks.
• Experience leading solution workshops and engaging with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to establish architecture governance, implementation standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting proposals, SOW creation, and pre-sales engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
