About the Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong healthcare payer background to lead enterprise-wide interoperability initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, overseeing project delivery, managing risks and vendors, and providing executive-level communication to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide interoperability initiatives within a healthcare payer environment.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align project goals and outcomes.
• Oversee Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery teams.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.
• Provide executive-level communication, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience.
• Strong healthcare payer experience.
• Experience with FHIR and interoperability initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects and programs.
• Expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with vendor coordination and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Agile certification preferred.
