This contractor will serve as a Product Manager within our Agile/SAFe environment, providing product leadership for our Appian-based enrollment solutions and modernization initiatives.

The role is critical to ensuring continuity across the enrollment domain, driving workflow transformation, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating delivery of key business capabilities.

- Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product requirements.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to drive successful delivery.
- Lead workflow modernization efforts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and user experience through Appian solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and PI planning.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements through delivery, testing, demonstrations, and release activities.
- Support UAT, stakeholder reviews, and formal acceptance of delivered capabilities.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and change management activities to support successful adoption.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven Product Manager or Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Strong Appian expertise, including workflow design, process automation, and backlog management.
- Experience leading business process modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating in large, complex, and regulated environments; healthcare and enrollment workflow experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic product planning with day-to-day execution.
