Our client is currently seeking an Enterprise Imaging Consultant - Travel Role

Must Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems)

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting PACS software issues

• Experience supporting Radiology and/or Cardiology imaging workflows

• Experience with Change Healthcare PACS and/or CPACS

• Strong understanding of clinical imaging environments and workflows

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Change Healthcare PACS/CPACS environments, including Workflow Intelligence, testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization

• Serve as the primary resource for clinical and technical PACS/CPACS support issues

• Analyze Radiology and Cardiology workflows and recommend process improvements

• Identify hardware, network, and system architecture challenges and provide recommendations for enhancement

• Perform system testing, validation, optimization, and go-live support activities

• Conduct root cause analysis for clinical and technical workflow disruptions

• Act as the subject matter expert for integrations between Change Healthcare imaging platforms and third-party systems

• Provide onsite and remote support to healthcare clients as needed
