• Candidates must have Workday EXTEND and custom applications experience

• HR background preferred

• Looking for a Sr. level candidate with good analytical skills, can lead on their own, break down a problem statement into requirements

• Ability to speak with different levels of the business

• Tools: Powerpoint, process mapping wire frames cut out of screenshots
