Ideal Candidate:
- Change Management Lead role
- 5 + years’ experience in transformation programs
- Extensive background in change management required
- Someone who can own the change strategy
- Responsible for executing change enablement strategies
- Working closely with learning and communications
- Identify risks
- Prosci experience a plus
