USPS Migration
Client is in the final stages of decommissioning the acquired Communications network. This role specifically supports the migration of the (USPS), which involves:
• Migrating roughly 6,300 sites from the Exo network to the Client's network.
• Serving as the engineering technical lead for telephone number porting.
• Managing translations on the Broadsoft platform to update routing profiles.
• Removing TN configurations within Sonus and Broadsoft environments.
• Performing call testing and documentation (including E911 verification).
• Expected Pace: 5 to 6 migrations per day (approx. 1–1.5 hours per site).

Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills
• Telecommunications Expertise: Deep understanding of the telephone number porting process and terminology.
• Technical Systems: Experience with Broadsoft and Sonus platforms.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to perform call traces and identify points of failure.
• Software Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (macros/data comparison); familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong ownership, self-sufficiency, and organizational skills.
Security & Compliance
• Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain a government security clearance (USPS).
o Note: The clearance process takes ~60 days and begins on the first day of employment.

• Interview Format: A single 1:1 phone/remote interview with Sponsor (potentially including a lead engineer).
• Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense, provided they are onsite day one.
