In this role, you will execute Lean-Agile workflows, facilitate data-driven prioritization, and continuously refine our end-to-end portfolio processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Lean-Agile practices and portfolio operations.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in process execution and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise portfolio and agile tools (e.g., Clarity, Rally, Jira).
- Exposure to benefits realization frameworks and Objective & Key Result (OKR) models.
- SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data, manage resources, and develop strategic insights.
- Demonstrated thought leadership with the ability to independently drive strategic initiatives and champion innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to present compelling arguments to inspire action and influence decisions that drive functional success.
Responsibilities:
- Value Management & Benefits Realization: Support enterprise benefits realization frameworks (tracking, validation, reporting); execute value measurement processes connecting delivery outputs to business outcomes; and ensure consistency of value data across tools like Clarity and BI reporting.
- Portfolio Operations Execution: Execute and improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows (intake, demand management, prioritization, execution tracking); maintain portfolio operating practices, SOPs, and templates; and serve as a subject matter expert for user adoption.
- Prioritization & OKR Alignment: Facilitate prioritization processes by preparing data, insights, and trade-off scenarios; assist teams in defining and refining OKRs tied to strategic themes.
- Reporting & Decision Support: Develop and maintain dashboards tracking value realization, delivery performance, and strategic progress; provide data-driven insights to leadership and governance forums.
- Process Design & Improvement: Identify workflow and tool inefficiencies; recommend and drive continuous improvements through feedback loops and metrics; establish processes to evaluate project requirements and manage interrelated programs.
- Change Management & Enablement: Support the rollout of new portfolio practices via training materials, job aids, playbooks, and Communities of Practice (CoP).
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly across teams and Portfolio Governance units; set performance-driven goals across groups; and leverage diverse expertise to develop strategies in cross-functional projects.
