Title: Digital Strategist

Job Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct market, competitive, and opportunity analysis
• Lead product-market fit, business case, and growth modeling
• Drive service design (customer journeys, UX strategy, MVPs)
• Manage product lifecycle: discovery, backlog, features, GTM
• Establish OKRs, metrics, and product measurement strategy
• Design product operating models, teams, and governance
• Coach Agile delivery and continuous discovery practices
• Enable AI adoption, tooling, and modern product development
• Lead stakeholder alignment, workshops, and executive communication

Must Have / Required:

• Strong experience in product strategy, digital transformation, and growth
• Expertise in roadmap, product-market fit, and business case development
• Experience with service design, UX, and customer journey mapping
• Hands-on product management (discovery to delivery)
• Knowledge of Agile, product operating models, and team design
• Exposure to AI strategy and modern tech/product ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams
