Branch Manager / Vice President, Sales

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager / VP of Sales to lead branch growth, profitability, recruiting, and overall performance. This role is responsible for driving loan production, developing high-performing teams, managing branch financials, and ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day branch operations and drive revenue growth. • Own branch P&L, budgeting, and profitability. • Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing Loan Originators. • Build relationships with Realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, attorneys, and community partners. • Conduct pipeline reviews, sales meetings, and performance coaching. • Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies. • Champion the use of Encompass, Total Expert, SimpleNexus, Optimal Blue, CRM platforms, and AI-driven tools.
Qualifications: • 5+ years of mortgage sales leadership or branch management experience. • Proven success growing loan production and branch profitability. • Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills. • Experience managing branch financial performance and operational metrics. • Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, TRID, SAFE Act, and Fair Lending requirements. • Active NMLS license preferred (required for Producing Branch Managers).
