- Perform blood specimen collection (venipuncture and capillary draws) on patients
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate specimen labeling
- Follow infection control, safety, and specimen handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Provide professional and compassionate patient care
- Document procedures and communicate effectively with clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of recent phlebotomy experience
- Current Phlebotomy Certification
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Strong venipuncture and patient interaction skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
