Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Environment Management / Integration SREs to support critical enterprise data and integration platforms. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, environment stability, and end-to-end integration reliability across complex upstream and downstream systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and database expertise, hands-on experience managing integration environments, and a deep understanding of enterprise scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless data movement, application connectivity, and operational excellence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise integration and pre-production/production environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting data pipelines and system integrations.
• Ensure stability and availability of batch processing, scheduling, and data transfer processes.
• Analyze and validate end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream applications.
• Support enterprise integrations involving APIs, Kafka, MQ, SFTP, and ETL platforms.
• Perform SQL-based analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation activities.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize job scheduling platforms such as Control-M, AutoSys, and Jenkins.
• Implement proactive monitoring and operational dashboards using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, application, and business teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and environment support procedures.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Environment Management, Production Support, or Integration Support roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational database technologies.
• Proven understanding of data flows, data validation, and data movement processes.
• Experience managing end-to-end integration environments across multiple interconnected systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise batch scheduling tools:
• Control-M
• AutoSys
• Jenkins
• Experience with integration technologies:
• SFTP
• APIs
• Kafka
• MQ
• ETL platforms
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
• Splunk
• Dynatrace
• Grafana
• Automation and scripting experience using:

• PowerShell
• Terraform
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including connectivity troubleshooting and data transport protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Delphix and data masking solutions.
• Prior experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience supporting highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
