Overview

Aramark Healthcare IT is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the evolution of the FacilityFit Pro (FFP) mobile platform, including mobile applications used in healthcare environments.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in:

• Xamarin
• .NET MAUI
• C#
• Enterprise mobile application architecture

This role will play a key part in:

• Modernizing the mobile ecosystem through migration of Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI
• Implementing enterprise security controls
• Supporting Mobile Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Enhancing applications used daily by frontline healthcare personnel

The position requires close collaboration with an experienced development team and a strong commitment to mentoring developers and improving engineering practices.

Cloud-hosted Azure SaaS platform with mobile applications supporting:

• Environmental Services (EVS)
• Transport

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead development and modernization of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Migrate existing Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI while preserving existing business functionality.
• Design and implement secure mobile authentication, including:
• Mobile SSO
• OIDC/OAuth
• MFA support
• Secure credential handling
• Support security, audit, and healthcare compliance requirements through:
• Secure coding practices
• Documentation
• Evidence-ready processes
• Build and maintain features supporting:
• Offline usage
• Data synchronization
• REST API integration
• User productivity
• Frontline healthcare workflows
• Mentor mobile developers through:
• Code reviews
• Architectural guidance
• Development standards
• Hands-on coaching
• Collaborate with:
• Development teams
• QA teams
• Infrastructure teams
• Product teams
• Operational stakeholders
• Support mobile release processes including:
• App Store deployments
• TestFlight
• Google Play
• MDM distribution
• QA
• UAT
• Production deployments

Required Experience

• Senior-level experience developing enterprise mobile applications using:
• C#
• Xamarin.Forms
• .NET MAUI
• Demonstrated experience migrating Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI.
• Strong understanding of:
• MVVM
• REST APIs
• JSON/XML
• Mobile data handling
• Cross-platform architecture
• Experience with:
• Mobile SSO
• OIDC/OAuth
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• MFA
• Secure storage
• Mobile identity workflows
• Experience working in regulated or healthcare environments with security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Experience deploying and supporting iOS and Android applications through:
• App Stores
• TestFlight
• Google Play
• CI/CD pipelines
• MDM tools
• Proven ability to mentor developers and elevate technical standards within a small team.

Preferred Experience

• Azure experience.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• Healthcare operations or healthcare technology experience.
• Experience with:
• Offline mobile applications

• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Application performance tuning
• Mobile release management
• Experience supporting applications used by frontline operational teams.
