About the job

• As a Senior Technical Enablement Platforms Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting Managed File Transfer, Integration Services, Document Management, API Enablement, and broader platform modernization efforts.
• This is not a traditional project coordination role; you will serve as a technical delivery leader. You will manage complex dependencies, align architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams, and translate technical complexities into actionable plans and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Platform Delivery & Execution: Lead large-scale initiatives across API enablement, platform modernization, migrations, and technical debt reduction. Develop integrated project plans, manage dependencies, and oversee cutover and operational transition activities.
• Technical Leadership: Partner with architects and engineers to validate delivery approaches and sequencing strategies. Challenge technical assumptions and identify architecture gaps, integration risks, and delivery obstacles before they impact success.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage complex dependencies across integration services, document management, infrastructure, security teams, and external vendors. Resolve systemic delivery challenges and bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder & Governance Management: Build trusted partnerships across the organization. Translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level communications, project health assessments, and governance materials.
• Operational Readiness: Partner with operations to establish support models, monitoring strategies, and service ownership. Validate maintainability, resiliency, and performance before production deployments.

Minimum qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, technical program management (TPM), or technology delivery leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
• Direct experience in at least two of the following domains:
• API platforms and API management
• Enterprise integration of architecture and services
• Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms
• Document and content management systems
• Enterprise data flows and system integrations
• Platform modernization, migration, or consolidation
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture, integration patterns, platform interactions, and technical dependencies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity or hands-on experience managing projects involving specific enterprise platforms such as JSCAPE Managed File Transfer, IBM FileNet, or Flex Gateway.
• Experience establishing post-implementation success measures including platform adoption and business value realization.
