- As a SharePoint Automation Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving business value through effective technology solutions. Working closely with our Collaboration Systems team and internal customers, you will translate complex business requirements into seamless, user-friendly solutions within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert, balancing day-to-day support and training with high-impact project work, including crucial migration efforts to the cloud.
- You are a natural problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across the organization to maintain a positive and highly productive workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Collaboration Systems team and internal customers in detailing requirements for solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex.
- Lend your technical expertise to design both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive operational efficiency and business value.
- Manage day-to-day SharePoint support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Assist with the support and execution of migration efforts from on-premise SharePoint to M365, as well as Nintex migrations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments, interacting appropriately with others to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive remote work environment.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule, while performing other development and support duties as necessary.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience with technical requirements gathering and business process mapping.
- Experience providing day-to-day technical support and training to end-users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.
- Must be able to pass required background and drug screenings prior to employment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, Stream, etc.).
- Experience with Nintex Workflow (or equivalent), SharePoint Designer, and InfoPath.
- Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with various third-party solutions that integrate with SharePoint (e.g., HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate).
- SharePoint Application Development Certifications.
- Six Sigma Certification.
