About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst – Vendor Management to support vendor onboarding, risk assessment, contract administration, and ongoing vendor governance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in third-party/vendor risk management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience working with vendor compliance documentation and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Partner with internal business stakeholders to gather and validate vendor information.
- Coordinate directly with vendors to collect required documentation and compliance artifacts.
- Support vendor risk assessments, including the review and tracking of:
- Vendor questionnaires
- SOC reports
- Penetration testing documentation
- Monitor assessment status and proactively follow up on outstanding vendor requirements.
- Assist with contract extension activities by managing submission, tracking, and processing workflows.
- Review, validate, and process recurring vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support vendor governance activities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Operational Risk, or a related field.
- Experience supporting vendor onboarding and lifecycle management processes.
- Working knowledge of SOC reports and penetration testing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach to work.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a regulated or enterprise-scale environment.
- Familiarity with vendor risk assessment frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting contract administration and invoice processing workflows.
