Title: OnBase Administrator

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure stability and continuous availability of OnBase systems
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain business continuity
• Manage and administer OnBase environments, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Support system builds, enhancements, and deployments, including API integrations
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers supporting OnBase infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing business needs
• Review and interpret technical documentation (including white papers) to implement solutions effectively
• Ensure adherence to system governance, security, and operational best practices

Must Have / Required:

• Hands-on experience as an OnBase Administrator supporting enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of OnBase system architecture, configuration, and build processes
• Experience with API deployment and integrations within OnBase or similar ECM platforms
• Solid knowledge of server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical documentation and white papers
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage day-to-day operational challenges independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment
