Job Title: Travel RN
Location: Arlington, TX 76015
Worksite Location: Arlington service area
Duration: 4+ Months (possibilities of extension)
Shift: M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-call: 2 weekend days, 5 weekdays a month)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, patient education, wound care, medication management, and coordination of care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete OASIS assessments and timely documentation, monitor patient progress, communicate changes in condition, and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and agency policies while promoting patient safety and independence at home.
• Field RN with HCHB.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• RN license, BLS
• Proficient at HCHB

• Productivity expectations: 30 points
• Mileage reimbursement: Yes (between visits from first patient to last patient)
• Coverage Area: Arlington service area
• Dress code: Navy Blue scrubs
• Nice to have: Proficient at HCHB
