About the Role

As a Contract Management Professional , you will own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of indirect channel contracts, partnering cross-functionally to support strategic business initiatives. You’ll play a key role in enabling scalable operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across partner programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of indirect channel contracts.
• Draft and issue formal agreements and notices to external business partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals for contract notices ensuring strategic alignment.
• Address and resolve contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain integrity of partner eco system records and contract documentation within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and contract databases.
• Maintain contract templates, as defined by Legal, to ensure consistency across sales models.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or paralegal support
• Experience drafting and managing commercial agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail
• Experience tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and driving projects to completion
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or partner ecosystems
• Background in telecommunications, technology, or similar industries
