Job Title: Travel LPN – Home Health
Location: Arlington, TX
Duration: Travel Assignment
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
- Provide care in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care.
- Deliver specialized nursing services including:
Wound VAC management
PICC line care and maintenance
PleurX drain care
Wound care treatments
Other skilled nursing interventions as needed
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the appropriate clinical team members.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatments, medications, and disease management.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LVN/LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Previous Home Health experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Strong wound care and infusion-related skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Required Certifications

- BLS Certification
