About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience supporting and developing AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions. This individual will play a key role in designing, configuring, testing, and enhancing AI Agent products while working closely with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with a passion for AI-driven automation, technical problem-solving, and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow-based AI Agent solutions.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of AI Agent products, including:
- Technical Design Agents
- Configuration (Config) Agents
- AI Testing and Quality-focused Agents
- Support AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Improve agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to enhance accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
- Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Conduct smoke testing and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Exposure to building or supporting ServiceNow AI Agents, virtual agents, agentic AI solutions, or similar intelligent automation technologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, workflows, integrations, and technical design concepts.
- Experience supporting software testing, quality assurance, and validation processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

- Experience working in Agile or pilot-driven development environments.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
