Content Creator / Consultant
Role Overview
As a Content Creator / Consultant, you will develop high-quality, field-facing content for social and digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and internal web channels. This role combines creative execution with operational rigor, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards, meets compliance requirements, and supports social engagement goals.
You will work within established content frameworks to produce scalable content, contribute to template systems, and manage workflows from creation through approval and distribution. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with AI-assisted tools, and experience producing financial literacy or educational content in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Production
- Produce high-volume social media content, including posts, carousels, templates, short-form video, and AI-assisted animations
- Create multiple variations of content tailored to different agent audiences
- Translate messaging frameworks into ready-to-publish assets
- Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and platform standards
Template and Asset Management
- Build, maintain, and optimize Canva templates and reusable design systems
- Manage and expand asset libraries to support scalable content production
Workflow and Operations
- Manage end-to-end content production workflows, including timelines, approvals, and publishing
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, project status, and deliverables
Documentation and Enablement
- Develop content guides, starter kits, and standard operating procedures
- Support onboarding and enablement through structured content resources
Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital teams to refine and finalize content
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines and priorities
Research and Optimization
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and content performance
- Apply insights to optimize content formats and engagement strategies
AI Tools and Quality Assurance
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Canva AI to support content creation
- Apply critical thinking, editing, and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Canva, including template creation and design systems
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual design skills
- Experience managing high-volume content production in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with compliance processes in regulated industries (such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare)
- Experience creating financial literacy, educational, or trust-based content
- Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and platform behavior
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, with the ability to review and validate outputs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
- Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
